What are the best options for me, I would like an invisible hearing aid, so I suppose my only option with be private

I would like a hearing aid that is invisible I suppose my option for this would be to go private as I understand the NHS just provide basic hearing aids. I have ignored my hearing loss as I just thought it was something I had to live with, but now i understand technology has changed dramatically
